Inspiration is endlessly sourced when I stroll along the miles of sandy beaches, with my sketch pad or field easel (and my dog!) on a sunny day. These seascapes paintings are mostly painted ‘en plein air’ which is a French word meaning in the open air.
I love to set up my field easel in the early morning or last thing in the evening to capture the wonderful skies or glistening sandy beaches close by to me in this wonderful micro climate area of Poole.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about a painting you are interested in, or need more photographs of the same.
