As a lover of the coast and the sea I am so happy that the government is backing the reduction of plastics in bottles and packaging etc, that are polluting our planet. Sadly a lot of it ends up in our seas, which is a living torture for the creatures who live in the worlds oceans. It was great to see the reports of people out on the beaches clearing the tons of debris in support and retaliation.
The ‘Blue Moon’ last seen 150 years ago from earth, was repeated again in March this year and said to evoke ‘new beginnings’ ~ lets just hope this is the beginning of the end of plastic pollution, destroying the waters that are our life source and allow sea life the freedom from perils they enjoyed back then ~ or where will we all be in another 150 years!
